Filling out API’s case request form allows us to gather the information pertinent to initiate surveillance. The information we use to determine the scope of the surveillance include personal information regarding the subject(s), the budget and/or days requested, any specific days of the week or dates the client would like covered, and whether there was prior surveillance. API takes all this information into account to plan the surveillance accordingly. All surveillance is conducted in a legal manner and which does not violate a person’s reasonable expectation of privacy. No illegal requests will be honored.
How do you report your results?
Daily updates on activity are provided to the client. For surveillance, API provides unedited video documentation as well as a professionally written report. For all other investigations, API provides a professionally written report.

API places the highest degree of priority in being available to testify. API does request having as much notice as possible to prevent the possibility of the same investigator(s) needing to testify for multiple cases on the same day.
